Cabinet modifications enable your designer to order changes to the construction of your cabinet to better suit the size, look or functionality of your space. Schrock offers dozens of modifications for nearly limitless capabilities, providing the ultimate in design flexibility. We’ve listed just a few examples of cabinet modifications below. Talk with your Menards designer to learn about all the modification options that Schrock has to offer.
Toekick Drawer Modification
An easy modification to almost any base cabinet, toekick drawers provide push-to-open access to typically untapped storage space. Full extension guides make these hidden drawers perfect for storing and retrieving baking sheets and oversized platters.
Inverted Frame Modification
Schrock’s inverted frame modification flips the face frame openings, so that on a base cabinet the drawer is at the bottom of the cabinet rather than at the top. This offers a perfect solution for a sink base application when the plumbing pipes are run out of the back of the cabinet.
Functional Door on End
Improve access to your cabinet contents using the Functional Door on End modification, which adds a working door to a run of cabinets.
